Shaughnessy

Shaughnessy

Shaughnessy is one of Vancouver’s oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods. Located on Vancouver’s west side, it is known for its lush, tree-lined streets, large, stately homes, and spacious lots. Shaughnessy has a reputation as a tranquil, affluent residential area with a historic charm. Many of these homes date back to the early 20th century, and the City has strict regulations in place to preserve this heritage.

Leyland Architecture is specialized in this area and has designed dozens of new and heritage retention houses this prestigious neighbourhood.
